It has been a difficult year for the Brewster Fire Department as its members' hearts are once again heavy. Sadly, they announce the sudden passing of active member ROBERT LINKENHOKER.

Firefighter Robert ("Link") Linkenhoker was also a member of the Putnam County VFA and the cousin of our President, Ed Butler. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and to the Brewster Fire Department during this sad time.
