The PCVFA is saddened to announce the passing of Lake Carmel FD's MATTHEW DZUBAK. In addition to his serving the Lake Carmel FD as its current Financial Secretary, as well as Past Board Member and Past President, LCFD Life Member Matt Dzubak was also a 53-year member of our own Putnam County VFA and was recognized at our first 50 Years of Service Awards convention meeting in 2022, held at Patterson FD. His services are shown below:

To be held at: Cargain Funeral Home, Carmel, NY

Visitation: Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2024 ... 4:00PM - 8:00PM
Prayer Service: 7:30PM
Lake Carmel FD members will pay their respects at 7PM. There is NO firematic service.
