The following information regarding yesterday's Blood Drive at the Putnam Valley Fire Department was posted on the putnamvalleyfire.com website by its Financial Secretary Lois Rizzi:

"On Thursday – October 24th – Putnam Valley Vol. Fire Dept. held their 2nd blood drive of the year and it was another successful event.
Residents, members and their families collectively donated 120 pints, which will help those in need, as donations are always in high demand.

Thank you to the blood drive committee and those members who came out to help setup, cook and support this event."
