Presented by Brian McQueen, 47-year member of the Whitesboro VFD, who served his department in many capacities, including President, Chief, Fire Prevention Coordinator, Health and Safety Officer, Chaplain, Grant Writer, and as a member of the Training Division. Most notably, he is a recipient of the John Buckman III Award for Leadership, presented by VCOS and the IAFC and is a nationally accomplished speaker in the areas of cancer prevention education, volunteer training and fire service leadership.
