The Putnam County VFA mourns the loss of its Life Member, THOMAS "RON" DAVIES. Ron was a 50-year member of our County Association, having been recognized at our annual Convention Meeting in July 2024.

Ron Davies served his community, not only as a Deputy Chief & 50-year Life Member of the Putnam Lake FD, but also as a Deputy Chief Fire Coordinator with the Putnam County Bureau of Emergency Services ("Car 2"). Ron was an EMT for several decades of his Fire Department service and proudly served our Country with honor and bravery as a member of the 101st Airborne Division.
